@OpinionatedJerk Because Moncao is a resort for the super-rich. It doesn't have to deal with a vast infrastructure network or a huge number of impoverished people, and they don't have an army. It doesn't have manufacturing or agriculture. Most of its money comes from wealthy tourists who have made their fortunes in countries that do levy income taxes to make large-scale economic growth possible. Did I really have to explain this to you?

Is this really what the world is coming too. Are Americans really that afraid of change? They already pay for the healthcare of everyone in the military. Can't you see that Obama isn't trying to screw you, he's trying to help. I hope all these protesters go bankrupt at some point due to their insurance companies screwing them over hospital bills.
